It is with great pride that I am able to present East Kimberley Real Estate’s services to you as the new Agency Owner. Many Kununurra and Wyndham locals know my face from around town given I have now lived in Kununurra for approximately 14 years after my three day visit turned somewhat more permanent.

Originally from Darwin I have a genuine love for the top end of Australia and in particular the East Kimberley Region. I enjoy the small town life of Kununurra and have been happily settled in my own home for many years with my fiancé, whom I met here.

Having “retired” from my original career as a chef some years ago, I have benefited from various employment opportunities within Kununurra. During this time I feel I have earned a generally high level of respect from members of the community - both on a social and working basis.

I started my career in the dynamic field of real estate assisting Andrea Fox, the former Agency Owner with the set up of the business when the doors opened in 2006. Now having taken the opportunity to purchase the business with my partner, we have a genuine interest in continuing the company’s success and professional reputation well into the future.

Having been a Registered Sales Representative since early 2007 I have recently also obtained my Diploma in Property Services. Further I have had the benefit of learning from Andrea how to do real estate “properly and professionally” increasing my own skill base whilst learning from Andrea’s extensive sales and property management experience. During four years of full time employment as Office Manager for the agency I was exposed to all facets of the real estate business including Property Management, Sales, Administration and staff management.

I have enjoyed the challenges this career path has provided me with whilst enabling me to assist people of my community with their housing needs. I am fully confident in my knowledge of marketing procedures and my ability to successfully implement advertising campaigns. I intend to continue as a very ‘hands on’ agency owner ensuring the business continues to run in a professional and ethical manner.

Our small staffing numbers enables me to oversee personally all aspects of not only sales but our property management services to ensure a dedicated service to you.

I have been able to secure excellent staff and feel the team I have now is not only a credit to East Kimberley Real Estate but to themselves and Kununurra. Our experienced team shares my enthusiasm and passion for the industry and together we form one of the fastest growing, market leaders of real estate in the local area.

Renee Willock

Renee has been a Kununurra local since she was nine years old. After a two and a half year stint away in different parts of Australia she decided to come back to the “the better half of the country” to spend time with friends and family and enjoy the awesome lifestyle the Kimberley has to offer.

Renee is a Massage Therapist by trade and has had an extensive Administration background but was very eager to take the opportunity offered to her for a new career path in Real Estate. She looks forward to the new challenges awaiting her as a part of the East Kimberley Real Estate team.

Megan Webb

Megan Webb was born in Kalgoorlie in 1992 and comes from a long line of hardworking people who believe that you won’t get anywhere in life without a bit of honest hard work. Megan has lived most of her life in Bridgetown WA before travelling around Western Australia with her family of five. She has now lived in Kununurra for about four and a half years and is not long out of high school.

Megan is a positive, enthusiastic hardworking and willing person who is keen to learn and make a career in the Real estate business. She enjoys camping trips with friends and is a very social person who has a blast catching up with mates at the local Tavern on a Friday night.

Megan is planning to stay in Kununurra to pursue her goal of becoming a licensed Real estate agent as this is what she has wanted to do for some time since she gained an interest in Real Estate whilst living in Broome in 2006. Megan is looking forward to gaining experience working with the East Kimberley Real Estate team for the people of Kununurra and Wyndham.
